After agreeing a new three-year deal with Lancashire, spinner Jack Morley has joined Derbyshire on a season-long loan.
The 22-year-old has taken 25 first-class wickets in nine appearances for Lancashire. Last season, he claimed 32 second XI wickets for the Red Rose.
For the coming season, Morley will be available in all formats.
Derbyshire's head of cricket, Mickey Arthur, said he was excited to welcome the highly-rated prospect.
Lancashire can recall Morley during the season if necessary.
The addition of the spinner follows Derbyshire's loss of Pakistan bowler Mohammad Amir for the early part of the season, as he decided to return to international cricket.
