England's 2025 cricket summer will be marked by a historic men's Test against Zimbabwe, the first since 2003. This standalone Test is scheduled at Trent Bridge from May 22-25, followed by a five-Test series against India, commencing at Headingley on June 20.
In parallel, England's women will compete against India in five T20 matches and three ODIs, running alongside the men's series. The final Test of the men's series against India will conclude on August 4, marking England's last Test before they embark on the Ashes tour in Australia during the winter.
Looking ahead, a women's Test match between England and India has been scheduled at Lord's for 2026, the first of its kind at the historic venue. However, Heather Knight's side will face another year without a home Test, making it the second consecutive year without one.
The summer will also see the West Indies' men's and women's teams visiting England for white-ball series between May and June, with three T20s and three ODIs each. Later in September, England's men's white-ball teams will host South Africa before concluding their summer with a trip to Ireland at the end of the month.
