England’s white-ball captain, Jos Buttler, has expressed his excitement about collaborating with Brendon McCullum, who recently took charge of England's teams in all three formats. Previously the head coach of England’s Test side, McCullum was appointed to oversee the entire setup earlier in September, including the white-ball squads.
Buttler, renowned for his aggressive style of play, mentioned that he shares a similar mindset with McCullum and is eager to tap into the former New Zealand captain's cricketing insights.
Speaking during England’s third T20I against Australia, Buttler remarked that although he already had some rapport with McCullum, he was looking forward to deepening their connection.
