The first pick in this year's draft will go to the Northern Superchargers men's team, led by head coach Andrew Flintoff.
Birmingham Phoenix has retained all-rounders Ellyse Perry of Australia and Sophie Devine of New Zealand. They will have the first pick in the women's competition.
The teams have 75 places to fill. 137 players have been retained.
The selection process will take place on Wednesday, 20 March, with The Hundred tournament scheduled for July and August.
Among the players available for selection are England stars Amy Jones, Dawid Malan, and Jason Roy. The full list of players will be confirmed on Monday, 4 March.
In November, the Northern Superchargers appointed former England all-rounder Flintoff, who finished bottom last season.
He has been recovering from injuries sustained in an accident during the filming of BBC TV's Top Gear in December 2022.
During the white-ball series against New Zealand in September, Flintoff joined England's coaching set-up.
Although he represented Lancashire in county cricket, his role with the Superchargers will see him based at Yorkshire's home ground, Headingley in Leeds.
