Somerset fast bowler Josh Davey has extended his contract with the club until the end of 2025
Since arriving at Taunton in 2014, the 33-year-old has taken 267 wickets in 127 matches.
He has 62 caps for Scotland and most recently played in the T20 World Cup in 2022.
Davey spent part of last season on short-term loan with Leicestershire and plays in all formats.
Somerset's director of cricket, Andy Hurry, praised Davey's consistency, stating that he is one of the most reliable performers in domestic cricket:
"He will continue to be an important multi-format player for us and we very much look forward to him contributing both on and off the field as we push for even more success over the next couple of seasons."
