Kemar Roach, the West Indies fast bowler with 396 wickets from 183 matches across all formats for his country, will confidently rejoin Surrey for the first seven matches of the 2024 County Championship season.
Having been part of the team that won the competition in the past two seasons, taking 25 wickets in their title defence last year, he will undoubtedly make a significant contribution to his Surrey teammates in time for their first match against Lancashire in April.
In a confident statement, Roach said that Surrey is like a home away from home for him and he loves to play at one of the best grounds in the world
The club's ambitions in the red-ball game are also a big draw for the player, and Roach is determined to contribute to winning another County Championship trophy.
Roach has taken a total of 73 wickets across three previous seasons with Surrey, and his latest spell is set to end after the visit to Hampshire on 24-27 May.
