Kent has signed Australia fast bowler Xavier Bartlett for the first half of the 2024 county season.
The 25-year-old was named Player of the Series after making his one-day international debut against the West Indies in February.
During the Big Bash 13, Bartlett played alongside Kent's T20 captain Sam Billings in the Brisbane Heat and took 20 wickets in 11 matches.
Bartlett will manage his workload by only being available for five of the first seven Championship matches and at least the first eight T20 Blast matches.
Since making his debut for his state in Australia's Sheffield Shield in October 2019, the Queenslander has taken 66 wickets in 19 matches, with a first-class bowling average of 25.68.
