The Club is looking to hire two new Non-Executive Directors to join the Board. The Board consists of the Chair, Honorary Treasurer, Chief Executive, Director of Finance & Services, Director of Cricket, and several Non-Executive Directors with a diverse blend of professional skills.
After reviewing the Board's skills matrix, the Club recommends the appointment of two new Non-Executive Directors with backgrounds in Investment Banking and Corporate Law.
The ideal candidates should be proven leaders in one of these fields and have a passion for cricket.
The Board convenes eight times a year, with meetings usually lasting two hours. In addition to attending regular Board meetings, candidates should provide ad-hoc support to the Board and Executive when relevant issues or opportunities arise.
