The Surrey County Cricket Club Board is in search of two Non-Executive Directors

The Club is looking to hire two new Non-Executive Directors to join the Board. The Board consists of the Chair, Honorary Treasurer, Chief Executive, Director of Finance & Services, Director of Cricket, and several Non-Executive Directors with a diverse blend of professional skills.

After reviewing the Board's skills matrix, the Club recommends the appointment of two new Non-Executive Directors with backgrounds in Investment Banking and Corporate Law.

The ideal candidates should be proven leaders in one of these fields and have a passion for cricket.

The Board convenes eight times a year, with meetings usually lasting two hours. In addition to attending regular Board meetings, candidates should provide ad-hoc support to the Board and Executive when relevant issues or opportunities arise.

The Club actively encourages individuals from diverse backgrounds to apply. Consistent with our culture and values, as well as the ECB County Governance Framework guidelines, the Club welcomes applications that promote gender and ethnic diversity, which will serve as a basis for continued progress.

Surrey County Cricket Club is committed to providing equal consideration to all existing and potential employees and eliminating any unlawful or unfair discrimination based on protected characteristics.
