Scotland secured a 32-run victory over the United Arab Emirates, winning the T20 series

Scotland secured a 32-run victory over the United Arab Emirates in the Dubai decider of the T20 series.

Despite being bowled out for just 94, Scotland's impressive bowling display limited the hosts to a score of 62.

Brad Currie, Jack Jarvis, and Mark Watt were key in taking three wickets each, with wicketkeeper Charlie Tear also impressing by taking two catches, stumping out UAE captain Muhammad Waseem, and hitting 16 while batting.

The performance was commendable.

George Munsey was Scotland's top scorer, making 21 as they were restricted to 94. He was bowled out in the final over.

But the Scots took early wickets in the first four overs of the UAE innings to complete the turnaround and secure a 2-1 series win.

Jarvis told Cricket Scotland: 

"We didn't get the total we wanted to, but we still had that belief, especially after doing it [on Wednesday] and having them 15 for five in the powerplay, we were always in the game."
