Sussex has re-signed Indian bowler Jaydev Unadkat for the end of the 2024 County Championship season

Jaydev Unadkat, the left-arm pace bowler from India, has signed a contract to play for Sussex in the final five games of this summer's County Championship season.

Unadkat previously played for Sussex in three of their final four red-ball games in 2023, taking 11 wickets at an average of 24.18.

Most notably, in a win over Leicestershire in September, he took 6-94 on his home debut.

Unadkat has represented India in four Test matches, eight one-day internationals, and 10 T20 games.
