Worcestershire men's and women's players named in The Hundred
Worcestershire has had four players selected for the 2024 edition of The Hundred following the draft at The Shard in London.
Men's player Adam Hose and overseas signing Usama Mir, as well as women's players Charis Pavely and Emily Arlott, have all been chosen.
Hose will be playing for the Northern Superchargers for the third successive summer after scoring 316 runs in 16 matches in 2022 and 2023.
Leg spinner Mir is set to return to New Road to play in the Vitality Blast and will once again be linking up with the Manchester Originals.
In 2023, he picked up six wickets in six appearances for the Originals.
Pavely will also be part of the Birmingham Phoenix squad, having made her debut in the tournament last summer and played in three matches.
Fellow all-rounder Arlott will be joining the Phoenix for the fourth consecutive year, having taken 22 wickets and scored 119 runs.
Ahead of the start of the season in July, each team in The Hundred will be able to add two players to both their men's and women's squads based on their performances in domestic T20 cricket.
